Please use the online conversion calculator to change units of measurements to match your scale. We measure in pounds but did translate to ounces for simplicity. All formulas are given in weight measurements and not by volume in order to upsize formulas easily. Your scale is your most important piece of equipment. Reminder: All of Essential Wholesales formulas are only given in weight, never in volume, even when you see ounces we are referring to ounces by weight, not volume.
