Green tea is an amazing antioxidant. This cleanser is enhanced with vitamins A, B, C and E. This cleanser can be scented at .25 – 2%. We highly recommend that you initially scent the product at the lowest percentage at first and increase the percentage if needed. It is much easier to add more scent if necessary, but impossible to remove scent without adding more product. Skin Types: Sensitive, Mature, Dry, Sun damaged, Oily, Normal and Combination. pH: 4.5 - 5.5 Creme Cleansers are very effective cleansers for dry, mature, sensitive and normal skin types. They do not contain the typical surfactant or detergent ingredient that most cleansing gels contain however, they are composed of oils and fats which are mild and effective cleansing agents. All oils and fats are complex compounds called triglycerides. All oils and fats are a mixture of triglycerides with a different fatty acid attached. To further explain, an oil molecule is formed from one glycerin molecule and three fatty acid molecules. All fatty acid molecules are lipophilic and hydrophilic. Lipophilic means that it has a great affinity for oil. Hydrophilic means that it has a great affinity for water. The glycerin component of an oil or fat is an alcohol with three locations on its molecule where the hydrophilic molecule of the fatty acids attaches. The hydrophilic molecules are attracted to water which helps the water "wet" the surface to be cleaned, permitting the water to reach more of the surface. With out the 'wetting" assistance of the hydrophilic molecules the product would bead up on the skin and not soak the surface. The lipophilic molecules act like a magnet and are attracted to dirt and oils, they embed into the dirt and remove it. The lipophilic molecules show affinity toward oil and the molecules squeeze together in an attempt to escape water. The action of the hydrophilic molecules and the lipophilic molecules allows product to break the surface tension and forces water into the skin, allowing it to and remove the dirt and oils beyond your skin surface. Green Tea Cleanser March 18, 2008 Reviewer: Marie Taylor from Atlanta, GA United States   We started with this cleanser, tried others along the way, and now use only this one. Feels great on the skin. Does not dry out dry skin or leave oily skin feeling coated. Rinses clean. Great with Orange Essential Oil. Green Tea is Great! February 24, 2008 Reviewer: C. Richer from Wauseon, OH United States   This Green Tea cleanser is my favorite.  I add a bit of Rosewood essential oil to is and it smells wonderful.  My customers in my essential oil business love it too.  And the ingredients are safe.  No SLS or other sulfates to worry about.  No fragrance oils to cause problems.  Thanks essential wholesale for a wonderful product. Excellent for dry skin and sensitive skin January 31, 2008 Reviewer: Tanya M. from College Park, MD United States   I initially purchased this product for my daughter that has very dry skin.  Nothing had worked and most commercial products only coated her skin but never absorbed into the skin to provide relief.  After using the green tea cleanser my daughters skin looked and felt great and she no longer itched.  Afterward, I was asked by a friend if I knew of any product for dry skin for a lady that had extreme eczema and couldn't afford the prescription cleansers and lotions prescribed by her doctor.  I gave her green tea cleanser.  In one week the lady called me to thank me and let me know that this is the only product that has "ever" worked for her.  This product is awesome!
