Melt & Pour Directions: Melt on Medium Low to Medium setting in a stainless steel pot. Or melt in a Pyrex bowl in the microwave. This lip balm can be poured off exactly as it is or you can add .25% to 1% essential oil or flavor oil. Pour into jars or lip balm tubes. Directions for Usage: Apply liberally to lips. Tattoo balm August 17, 2009 Reviewer: Mel from Gresham, OR United States   This balm isn't just for dry/chapped lips. I have a sample that I use for my tattoo which I got just over a week ago.
