The mud in this cleanser helps to pull toxins out of the skin and wash them away. DMAE can cause a tingling sensation. This gel can separate and your packaging should include the direction to shake before use. It is a mud colored viscous foaming gel cleanser that has great slip. This gel can be scented at .25 – 2%. We highly recommend that you initially scent the product at the lowest percentage at first and increase the percentage if needed. It is much easier to add more scent if necessary, but impossible to remove scent without adding more product. GREAT CLEANERS October 14, 2009 Reviewer: Cherri from ST LOUIS, MO United States   LOVE the whole DMAE line.  This cleanser does not lather but deep cleanse without drying the skin.  I had been using Dr. Perricxxxx line which was killing my budget.  This product is far less expensive yet far more effective - truely a blessing for my extra-sensitive skin. mud cleanser February 21, 2008 Reviewer: Anonymous person from Cary, IL United States   I ordered several sample products from essential wholesale.  I plan to do a review on everything Ive tried.  With that being said I am going to give my personal profile.  I am a woman of color with sensitive skin that tends to be combination. I really like this cleanser.  It feels great on the skin, creamy, smooth, and silky all in one.  I feel this cleanser gets my face clean and minimizes my pores giving my skin a more refined look.  Take note this cleanser does not lather but it feels so great that you dont miss the suds.
