This lip balm can be poured off exactly as it is or you can add .25% to 1% essential oil or flavor oil. Pour into wand applicator tubes. Love this lip gloss February 9, 2009 Reviewer: Tily Chao from Sunnyvale, CA United States   This is a wonderful lip gloss - the best on the market!  It's very moisturizing on the lips and it doesn't feel sticky.  There is just a hint of color.   It makes my lips look very healthy and plump.
