This extra coarse white crystalline sodium chloride is produced by the solar evaporation of seawater from the Great Salt Lake. The salt crystals are refined by washing with clean saturated brine to remove surface impurities drained of excess moisture, dried and screened to size.

Contains no anticaking or free-flowing additives or conditioners. Should be stored in a dry, covered area at humidity below 75%.
