Banners & Buttons:
Banners and buttons are found in the Affiliates portion of your account management system upon sign-in. The Affiliates portion is created once you have continued beyond this page and provided your website name and Tax ID# or SSN. You will not receive an e-mail upon signup. You are automatically set with an account.
Once completed, go back to your account and select the "Visit My Affiliate Page" under the new "Affiliate Statistics" header. Here you will be given the option to generate the banner ads and the code needed for us to keep track of your sales and click through.

3) Does it cost me anything to become an affiliate?
No. It is absolutely free to join our affiliate program.
4) Who track my commissions?
The Essential Wholesale professionals and our unique website system provides the software that enables us to track affiliate activity and which allows you to view your activity as well.
5) Will you provide me with banners and graphics to use for my site?
We will provide you with all the needed banners, graphics, textual links, and marketing support. Once you join, you will have access to your Affiliate Link Page where you can pull the images and code that you need.
6) Who does ESSENTIAL WHOLESALE want as affiliates?
ESSENTIAL WHOLESALE wants sites interested in selling our products. We encourage all interested sites to apply to our program. However, before you can participate in our program, we will need to approve your site. Mainly we look for sites that:
Are aesthetically pleasing.
Are not homepages, or personal websites.
Do not display content that may be deemed pornographic or offensive.
Are fully up and functional. We will temporarily decline sites that are down or are under heavy construction.
7) How do I know what commissions I've earned?
Once you join, you will be allowed to login to a secure link that will show you your reports including how much commission you have earned.
8) When and how do I get paid?
You will be paid quarterly. All commissions under $25 will be held till the commission amount of $25 is exceeded. All checks will be mailed to the billing contact you input on the affiliate application. We do not direct deposit or wire transfer. We can however, if you chose, place your commission amount on to your Essential Wholesale online account so that you have access to those funds the next time you place an order online. Just let us know in the Comments Section of your application.
9) What products count for commission?
All products on ESSENTIAL WHOLESALE count for commission. Natural Unscented Bases are just the beginning…earn commission on fixed oils, essential oils, waxes, butters, extracts and more!
11) Can international sites participate?
Yes, international sites can participate as long as the country is not on the USA list of prohibited countries. If a product cannot be shipped, the visitor from your site will be informed so.
12) I have more than one URL, can I register each of them?
You may register more than one URL as long as they are different sites and not multiple URL's of the same one.
13) How should I design my web site?
You are free to design your site and promotion as you see fit, as long as it does not violate our affiliate agreement.
14) Can I use content from ESSENTIAL WHOLESALE on my site?
You can contact us at our Customer Service desk if you have specific content that you would like to use. We will need to approve the use of the content and placement prior to its use.
