Essential oils or fragrance oils can be added at 1:1 by volume. Great All Around Toner February 17, 2008 Reviewer: Robyn  from Cosby, TN United States   This toner has very little scent.  Perfect for use after shower/bath during the winter time, and just before bed.  I actually do not need to apply a moisturizer when I use this toner.
