oh how I love this toner! August 21, 2008 Reviewer: Anonymous person from Dallas, TX United States   This stuff is amazing!  I use it in the facial room after extractions, after waxing in some cases, and on anyone who is acneic or oily.  Doesn't dry out the skin or cause irritation, just creates balance and protects from bacteria growth.  Love it!
