WHY USE AN HERBAL REDUCTION DETOX WRAP?
Our Herbal Reduction Detox Wrap has been tested and proven to help reduce inches by at least four inches per entire body treatment. Many subjects of various sizes and shapes have tested our Herbal Reduction Wrap and the results have been amazing. . .anywhere from four to fifteen inches lost in one body treatment. Body wrapping is a therapeutic treatment using detoxifying natural ingredients to tighten, tone and stimulate the body to rid itself of toxins and excess fat, and is an excellent addition to any weight loss and exercise program.
Our Herbal Reduction Detox Wrap uses select herbs, minerals, clay and even coffee to cause lipids (fatty material) to be broken up and released into the lymphatic system. Remember that your skin is the largest eliminative organ on your body so it is critical that you drink plenty of water during and after you wrap. The lymphatic system needs to keep moving for optimum health. A body wrap causes the system to kick into gear and release the garbage stored in the bodies cells, move it into the lymphatic stream and expelled through normal elimination processes by the body. Your body is wrapped with a specially formulated with clay and salts that draw toxins out from the body. As the toxins are drawn out the soft tissue is compressed and compacted as the skin regains elasticity by being detoxified thereby creating a smoother and firmer muscle base over which the soft tissue lies.
Body Wraps are most effective when they are done in series of two to six wraps at least 5 days apart from each other. An exercise and healthy eating program will aid making inches lost permanent. A healthy regime will promote thorough cleansing, detoxifying and toning.
HOW TO USE AN HERBAL REDUCTION DETOX WRAP:
Several hours before you are going to perform our Herbal Reduction Detox Wrap add entire contents of package to one quart Crock Pot and fill with water. Allow to cook on Simmer for two to four hours. For dramatic results add ½ cup of sea salt to the mixture, but insure that your client consumes extra water. Strain out herbs and soak either pliable elastic bandages, cut up sheets or linens in the finished mixture for at least five to ten minutes. While your wrap linens are soaking in the mixture, accurately and carefully measure your client using our Body Wrap Data Sheet.
Use an eye liner pencil to mark where exactly you took your first measurements so that after the wrap you are measuring exactly the same parts of the body. Be certain to write down your measurements on the “Before” side of your Body Wrap Data Sheet. Your client will need to be wearing either a bra and underwear, or appropriate spa attire. Explain to your client that the materials use will permanently discolor the garments that they are wearing. When you begin to wrap your client be certain to work fast and keep them warm. Start wrapping your client at the bottom of one leg. Once you’ve snuggly (but not too tight) wrapped an areas with one piece of material quickly cover the warm material with saran wrap or body wrap plastic. Thoroughly wrap one leg and move onto the other. Move up the body quickly insuring that you follow each piece of soaked material with plastic wrap to insure that you trap all heat in. This is most important for the comfort of your client. Also, warm skin allows the body to absorb materials more readily. Wrap each arm separately and not as part of the overall upper body wrap to insure that all sides of the arm are in contact with the detox solution. Once your client is thoroughly wrapped aid them into a comfortable reclining chair or bed. Cover them in more blankets and wrap their feet once they are in position just like you did the rest of their body.
Allow your client to sweat it out for the next hour, but check on them to insure that they are comfortable and not experiencing any negative feelings. After one hour, swiftly remove all wrap and wipe them down thoroughly. It is best if the client allows residue material to soak into their pores over night. A shower would remove the residue and cut down on the overall effect of the wrap. Measure your client again making sure you use the same markers to get the most accurate measurement. Allow your client to redress while you add up the lost inches. If your client wants more than one service on the day of a wrap a facial or massage would be a great addition.
Caution: Do not use our Herbal Reduction Wrap on people who have any medical condition without consulting their physician. Do not use our Herbal Reduction Wrap on women who are pregnant or nursing. Be certain that your client does not have a condition that will be worsened with heat or by sudden detox. It is critical that you insure that your client consumes plenty of water. Detoxifying can sometimes cause a person to feel flu like systems the first time that they detox. Drinking plenty of water will help the body flush out the toxins faster.
The average Detox Body Wrap at most Spa's go for between $95 to $150 per wrap depending on the Spa.
