Directions for Filling: This base is not designed for roller ball applicators or lip balm tubes. It was created for wand applicators. Melt & Pour Directions: Gently melt on Medium Low to Medium setting in a stainless steel pot, or carefully melt in a Pyrex bowl in the microwave. This lip balm can be poured off exactly as it is or you can add .25% to 1% essential oil or flavor oil. Pour into wand applicator tubes.
