1. Art must be saved in 300 DPI minimum (high resolution). Art from the internet (your website) is typically only 72 DPI which looks great on screen, but will not print with the same quality.
2. If you are unsure about the art, please contact our Graphics Department. You may attach the art in an e-mail if it is under 3 Mb for evaluation purposes only. If the art file is larger than contact us for an FTP address.
3. Only upload one logo graphic. Multiple uploads can become confusing to the designers and may create additional time in creating your label, delaying your project. If you upload art that needs additional attention, we bill $75/hr. for design and file prep. Custom designed labels require complete art from the customer.
4. If you need dimensions on one of our bottle or jar options for your labels, please e-mail your request with the bottle or jar code (found in parentheses in the Container description) along with the bottle or jar description.

1. Customer provided labels must be pre-approved. Please send an example ATTN: Alex Badcock, Essential Wholesale, 8850 SE Herbert, OR 97015.
2. If you need dimensions on one of our bottle or jar options for your labels, please e-mail your request with the bottle or jar code (found in parentheses in the Container description) along with the bottle or jar description.
3. We do not accept labels on a sheet unless approved with an account manager. Labels must come on a role according to our Label Guidelines.
